1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Wedding Photo Planet. By booking services or using this website you agree to these Terms.

2. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve the event date. The booking is confirmed only after receipt of the fee.
• Remaining balance must be paid as per the agreed schedule in the contract.
• Extra charges (travel, accommodation, third‑party permits) will be billed where applicable.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• If the client cancels the booking, the booking fee is non-refundable.
• If the client requests rescheduling, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date subject to availability; additional charges may apply.
• If the studio cancels due to unavoidable circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or alternative date.

4. Deliverables & Timelines

• Deliverables (edited photos, videos) and estimated delivery timelines will be specified in the service agreement.
• Raw/unprocessed files are not included unless expressly stated in the agreement.
• Minor edits or revisions are included as per the contract; major reworks may be chargeable.

5. Copyright & Usage

All images and videos created by Wedding Photo Planet are protected by copyright and remain our intellectual property.

• Clients receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the delivered images for personal purposes (printing, social media sharing).
• Commercial use, sale, or licensing to third parties is prohibited without prior written consent.
• The studio may use images for promotional and portfolio purposes unless the client has requested confidentiality in writing.

6. Client Obligations

• Clients must ensure access to the venue and necessary permissions for photography/videography.
• Clients should inform the studio about special requirements, family-sensitive concerns, or image restrictions prior to the event.
• Any persons or items requested to be excluded from images must be communicated in writing beforehand.

7. Limitation of Liability

Wedding Photo Planet is not liable for circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to venue restrictions, natural disasters, equipment failure, or client-supplied media corruption. In all cases the studio’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the booked services.

8. Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control (acts of God, governmental restrictions, strikes, pandemics). Both parties will seek to reschedule or agree on alternatives in such events.

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
